Paul Bell serves as president, Global Public Sector, for the Dell Computer Corporation.

Prior to his current role, he served as senior vice president and president, Americas, and senior vice president of Europe, Middle East, and Africa where he was responsible for all business operations and manufacturing activities across the regions. Mr. Bell has also served as senior vice president and general manager of the Worldwide Home and Small Business Group.

Before joining Dell in 1996, Mr. Bell was a consultant with Bain and Company.

Mr. Bell has bachelor's degrees in fine arts and business administration from Pennsylvania State University and a master's degree in business administration from the Yale School of Management.
