Mr. Mogg is partner at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in their Competence Center Infocom (Telecommunications, Media, High-Tech, IT). In 2009 he became member of the Global InfoCom Management Board, and holds responsibility as the practice group head for three practices: Mobile, Media, Alternative Carriers. He is based in the firm's headquarter in Munich, Germany. His functional expertise is in business design, strategy development and implementation, business process reengineering, reorganization, and change management with an industry focus on broadband and mobile communication and media.

Before joining Mercer, Mr. Mogg worked as a Principal / Junior Partner for Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman) in their CMT practice (Communication, Media, Technology). Prior to that he worked for Eurocopter, Europe's largest helicopter manufacturer, developing a new concept and the preliminary design for mid-size helicopters. He also ran his own communications company during his study period in Germany, consulting to small and medium businesses.

Mr. Mogg holds a diploma in aerospace engineering from the Technische Universität Munich and a master's in business administration from the Yale School of Management. He has published numerous articles in business magazines and newspapers and is a requested speaker at conferences on various telecommunication and media-related topics. He is fluent in German and English and has a working knowledge of Spanish.

Mr. Mogg is also a skiing addict and an active drummer in a recognized own funk & soul band in Germany.
