Craig Paullin has spent the last nineteen years growing Pacific Sintered Metals (PSM) into a worldwide leader in design and engineering solutions for powdered metal fabrication. Over this time, Mr. Paullin has managed both the sales and production functions, completed seven acquisitions, and served as general manager and president of the company. In 1997, Mr. Paullin leveraged the business to become sole owner.
Prior to attending Yale SOM, Mr. Paullin worked for two years as a plant engineer and maintenance foreman for Standard Oil, and as a civilian engineer for the U.S. Army at the Tooele Army Depot during his undergraduate studies. He also served as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for two years in Bolivia.
Mr. Paullin received his MBA from the Yale School of Management in 1985 and a BS in mechanical engineering from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah – where he also seriously studied the fine art of downhill skiing.
Mr. Paullin is married to Susan Wynn Paullin, who serves as the family and community pediatrician. They have one daughter and three sons and enjoy skiing/boarding, surfing, and dirt-biking as a family.
