Mr. Schulte is a managing partner and was a founder of CM Equity Partners. Mr. Schulte’s experience includes private equity investing through CMEP since 1992, as well as corporate finance and M&A at Salomon Brothers Inc. beginning in 1983, and prior to that in technology marketing and sales at IBM in its Data Processing Division (DPD) with a focus on the financial services sector.
Related to his private equity investing activities, Mr. Schulte has established successful publicly traded companies ICF International, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICFI) and ATS Corporation (OTCBB: ATCT), and serves as director of those companies. Mr. Schulte also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of private companies including: Falcon Communications, Inc., Xebec Global Corporation, RGS Associates, Inc. (chairman), Laguna Ventures, Inc., and Preferred Systems Solutions, Inc.
Mr. Schulte is a graduate of Harvard College (AB) and holds a master’s degree in public and private management (MPPM) from the Yale School of Management. He is currently a member of the boards of Marymount School in New York City, the Center for Business and the Environment at Yale and the Rainforest Alliance.
