The CDO provides students with the tools to identify their careers goals, create a strategy to achieve them, and secure great internships and jobs.

In workshops and one-on-one sessions, students develop the skills necessary to refine their goals and develop effective job search strategies. The CDO also provides students with opportunities to meet employers by hosting career fairs, presentations, on-campus interviews, and company treks. Furthermore, the CDO helps students to leverage Yale’s incredible network of alumni.
