Craig Paullin
Craig Paullin has spent the last twenty two years growing PSM Industries, Inc. into a worldwide leader developing solutions in highly engineered material for OEM's. Over this time, Mr. Paullin has managed both the sales and production functions, completed and integrated eleven acquisitions, and served as general manager and president of the company. In 1997, Mr. Paullin leveraged the business to become sole owner. He also serves as the managing director of 14000 Avalon, LLC which he founded in 2003 to develop and manage a portfolio of properties in the industrial market.
Prior to attending Yale SOM, Mr. Paullin worked for two years as a plant engineer and maintenance foreman for Standard Oil, and as a civilian engineer for the U.S. Army at the Tooele Army Depot during his undergraduate studies. He also served as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for two years in Bolivia.
Mr Paullin has spent 12 years as a board member and 2 years as president of the Powered Metal Parts Association (PMPA) an industry association that represented the interests of over 100 NAFTA companies.
Mr. Paullin received his MBA from the Yale School of Management in 1985 and a BS in mechanical engineering from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah – where he also seriously studied the fine art of downhill skiing.
Over the last decade Mr. Paullin has been active in the Yale School of Management Alumni Association and now serves as the SOMAA board president.
Mr. Paullin is married to Susan Wynn Paullin, who serves as the family and community pediatrician. They have one daughter and three sons and enjoy skiing/boarding, surfing, and dirt-biking as a family.
