George J. Vojta is a former vice chairman of the board, director, and member of the Management Committee of Banker’s Trust Company and its parent, Banker’s Trust New York Corporation; former president and director of the Financial Services Forum, an organization formed by 21 of the most prominent, diversified financial services firms; and founder and former chairman of eStandards Forum, a financial services information.

Mr. Vojta currently is a director of the Private Export Funding Corporation (PEFCO), ASUR Corporation, Urstadt Biddle Properties, Sumitomo Bank Capital Markets, and Cynosure, and chairman of the advisory board of Alothon and Northwest Capital Partners, both private equity firms.

Mr. Vojta also is a director of the Center for International Private Enterprise, the International Executive Service Corps, and the New York State Banking Department; a member of the Council on Foreign Relations; a fellow of the Center for Strategic and International Studies; and advisor to the Reinventing Bretton Woods Committee, Central Bank Publications, and World Bank.

Mr. Vojta serves on the advisory board of the Millstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance, the Wharton Financial Institutions Center, the Financial Standards Foundation, and the Tiger Research Foundation of the Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management, Poland, and is a distinguished fellow of Emory University and a member of the advisory board of the Business School at Anahuac del Sur University, Mexico, and the Center for Economic Stability, Argentina.
